Researcher
Research areas of interest include quality control of building materials and assessment of their impact on human health. We use an interdisciplinary approach to identify the full life-time impact of polymeric building materials on perceived indoor air quality.
I am also involved in the coordination of activities within the EU FP6 project MINET. MINET is an abbreviation for Measuring the Impossible NETwork. ‘Measuring the Impossible’ refers to new research activities in measurement dependent on human perception and/or interpretation. This includes the perceived attributes of products and services, such as quality or desirability, and societal parameters such as security and well-being.
