I am originally an economist who happened to slide into psychology and who found organizational psychology to be a fascinating discipline. Here my main field of interest is in inter-cultural psychology at the organizational and individual levels. On this I have published articles in several journals and three books, among them "Living Abroad: Personal Adjustment and Personnel Policy in the Overseas Setting.
