Research interests

Personnel selection, recruiter effectiveness.

I am focusing on two aspects: recruiter credibility and recruiters attributional styles.

Supervising

I am supervising theses on undergraduate and master levels. Subjects of interest are recruitment and selection, employer branding, but I'm also welcoming students with other ideas.
