Lena Låstad

PhD Student

I work as a Ph.D. student within Stockholm Stress Center and in my doctoral thesis, I will focus on job insecurity and job insecurity climate. Three studies are planned, one qualitative and two quantitative. The purpose of the thesis is to contribute to more knowledge about the relations between job insecurity at a group- and individual level and health outcomes. Further, I aim to develop and validate a questionnaire for measuring job insecurity climate. My supervisors are Magnus Sverke, Erik Berntson and Katharina Näswall.
