Erfarenhet som klinisk psykolog/psykoterapeut inom det psykodynamiska området. Erfarenhet från psykoterapihandledning, skolpsykologi, konsultverksamhet, kursledare vid Ericastiftelsens handledarutbildning.
Undervisning
Kursansvarig/examinator för den handledda psykoterapin på psykolog- och psykoterapeutprogrammet. Kursansvarig tillsammans med Gunnar Bohman för psykoterapeutisk fördjupningskurs I, III och VI på psykologprogrammet. Handledare för psykologexamensuppsatser inom ovan nämnda område.
Forskning
Mitt huvudfokus som forskare rör klinisk psykologi med inriktning på psykodynamiska processer i psykoterapeutiskt arbete och inlärningsprocesser inom ramen för den lilla gruppens dynamik i psykoterapihandledning.
Ett pågående projekt rör grupphandledning i psykoterapi i samarbete med Linköpings och Umeå universitet samt Ericatsiftelsen och S:t Lukas utbildningsinstitutioner i Stockholm, Göteborg, Lund och Luleå. Projektet är huvudsakligen finansierat av Vetenskapsrådet (VR), men därutöver även av Kungliga Vetenskapsakademien (KVA).
Projektet syftar till att belysa gruppens inverkan av olika utbildningsnivåers och psykoterapiinriktningars behov av att nyttja gruppen som forum för lärande med avseende på handledarstil, gruppklimat och lärandeprocess. Härutöver avser projektet att belysa den effekt olika antagningssystem (psykologprogrammet), sätt att nyttja gruppen, handledarstil, gruppsammansättning (vad gäller bl a kön) och upplevt gruppklimat har på lärandeprocessen.
