Research interests

My main research areas are positioned within work- and organizational psychology, focusing on change processes, work climate, and status. My interests also extend to other areas such as sociological paradigms in the study of organizations and social cognition.

Music

As can be seen from my academic degrees, I have a history of music. Before getting involved in psychology and science, I was a classical guitarist. I (to make a very long story short) was first trained in Sweden and Italy, after that I took my postgraduate exam in classical guitar at the University of Cologne, Germany, where I studied with Prof. Thomas Müller-Pering.
