Ulrica von Thiele Schwarz

PhD, Licensed Psychologist, Post Doc

I graduated from the Psychology programme at Stockholm University in 2000. Since then, I work at Previa, an occupational health central. In my clinical work, I specialize in stress management and Organizational Behaviour Management (OBM).

Since 2002, I am a PhD student at the Division for biological psychology. I am currently involved in an intervention project, Work scheduling, stress and psychological well-being in municipal settings, where we investigate the effects of shortened work hours and/or physical activity during work hours on employee health and well-being. We are also interested in how the interventions affect sickness absence and organizational effectiveness. My main collaborators on the project are Petra Lindfors and Ulf Lundberg, my supervisors.
